More about me? I love going to local coffee shops to plan my week over a latte every Sunday. I have a soft spot for animals, my cat Coco is my sidekick and I’m always surrounded by furry friends from my pet sitting adventures.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me unwinding with a cozy game (Stardew Valley is my fave!) or hunting down the best sushi spots because honestly, I could eat it every day. I find so much joy in the beauty of Northern California, from the redwoods to the beaches, and I’ll never say no to a nature walk (or a really good boba tea).
Hi, I’m Kristina! West Coast born and raised, I always knew I wanted to create and quickly learned that the traditional corporate path wasn’t for me. College taught me how to be a cog in the system and didn’t teach how to build something of my own. So I unlearned the rules, embraced my love for design, and carved out my own space.
Now I get to team up with passionate women-led businesses, creating strategic and easy-to-use branding that helps them show up with confidence. Nothing fulfills me more than seeing my clients step into their brand’s full potential.

The branding process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. This timeline includes initial consultations, concept development, revisions, and final approvals. A more accurate timeline will be given based on the service(s) selected.

How long does the process take?
My brand identity package includes a comprehensive suite of services designed to create a cohesive and memorable brand. This includes logo design, color palette selection, typography guidelines, brand patterns, iconography, and a full set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

What services do you offer as part of your brand identity package?
Collaboration is key to my design process. I use 2 main portals to ensure smooth and effective communication and project management: HoneyBook and Notion.
HoneyBook handles all the logistics, including contracts, invoicing, and bookkeeping, keeping everything organized and transparent.
For the creative side, Notion is where I share project updates, design drafts, timelines, and feedback forms. This allows us to keep everything in one place and ensures you're involved and informed every step of the way.

Can you explain your process for collaborating with clients?
To ensure your brand truly reflects your vision, I deep dive into your brand through our client portal. In this portal, you'll find all the necessary resources, detailed questionnaires, and exercises designed to help us go much deeper than surface level.
This comprehensive approach allows me to understand your brand's core values, target audience, and unique personality, ensuring the final design resonates with your vision and connects with your customers on a deeper level.

How do you ensure my brand stands out and aligns with my vision?
A $500 deposit is required at the time of signing our design contract. From there, payments will be due on the 1st and 15th of the month. (Ex: if it's May 5th, your first payment would be May 15th and then June 1st).
You can review my starting rates here and after our meeting I will give you a more accurate quote that reflects your service needs.
I also offer a 5% discount if you pay in full upfront.

What are your rates and payment options for your services?
Yes, however, you must have your full brand guidelines and all required file formats available so that I can keep your branding consistent.
A one off logo does not count as a complete brand identity. If you need help with your branding, I'm more than happy to help! Otherwise, I cannot build a website for you.
