Collaboration is key to my design process. I use 2 main portals to ensure smooth and effective communication and project management: HoneyBook and Notion.

HoneyBook handles all the logistics, including contracts, invoicing, and bookkeeping, keeping everything organized and transparent.

For the creative side, Notion is where I share project updates, design drafts, timelines, and feedback forms. This allows us to keep everything in one place and ensures you're involved and informed every step of the way.

To ensure your brand truly reflects your vision, I deep dive into your brand through our client portal. In this portal, you'll find all the necessary resources, detailed questionnaires, and exercises designed to help us go much deeper than surface level.

This comprehensive approach allows me to understand your brand's core values, target audience, and unique personality, ensuring the final design resonates with your vision and connects with your customers on a deeper level.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of signing our design contract. From there, payments will be due on the 1st and 15th of the month. (Ex: if it's May 5th, your first payment would be May 15th and then June 1st). 

You can review my starting rates here and after our meeting I will give you a more accurate quote that reflects your service needs.

I also offer a 5% discount if you pay in full upfront.

Yes, however, you must have your full brand guidelines and all required file formats available so that I can keep your branding consistent.

A one off logo does not count as a complete brand identity. If you need help with your branding, I'm more than happy to help! Otherwise, I cannot build a website for you.
